6Welcome to Coastal Heirloom Studio. By accessing this website or booking photography services with Coastal Heirloom Studio by Michael W Evans (“Photographer,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Booking & Payment

 

A signed agreement and required retainer fee are necessary to reserve a photography session date.All retainers/deposits are non-refundable and secure the Photographer’s time, scheduling, and preparation for the session.Remaining balances are due prior at the time of the scheduled session date unless otherwise agreed in writing.Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services

 

.2. Session Rescheduling & Cancellations

 

Clients may request to reschedule due to emergencies, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances.One reschedule may be granted at the Photographer’s discretion based on availability.Cancellations made by the Client will result in forfeiture of any non-refundable retainers paid except in the following circumstances:

• Named Storm in The Immediate Area

• Evacuation Notices Given

• Illness of Photographer

 

3. Artistic Style & Editing

 

Clients acknowledge that they are familiar with the Photographer’s portfolio, editing style, and artistic approach.Final images are edited at the Photographer’s artistic discretion. RAW or unedited images are not provided.The Photographer reserves the right to edit and deliver images consistent with their professional style and brand.

 

4. Image Delivery

 

Digital galleries are typically delivered within:Portrait Sessions: 2–3 weeksWeddings & Events: 4–6 weeksDelivery timelines may vary during busy seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

5. Copyright & Image Use

 

All photographs remain the copyrighted property of Coastal Heirloom Studio by Michael W Evans.Clients receive a personal-use license for downloaded images. Images may not be:SoldAlteredEdited with filtersSubmitted for contestsUsed commercially without written permissionThe Photographer reserves the right to use images for portfolio, website, social media, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

6. Website Content

All content on this website, including photographs, logos, branding, text, graphics, and designs, is the intellectual property of Coastal Heirloom Studio and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

 

While every reasonable effort is made to provide high-quality photography services, Coastal Heirloom Studio shall not be held liable for circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:Severe weatherIllnessEquipment malfunctionVenue restrictionsActs of natureDelayed delivery caused by third-party servicesIn the unlikely event services cannot be fulfilled, liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client.

 

8. Client Responsibility

 

Clients are responsible for:Arriving on timeProviding accurate booking informationCoordinating participantsSecuring any necessary permissions or permitsThe Photographer is not responsible for missed images due to lateness, lack of cooperation, or unforeseen interruptions.

 

9. Privacy

 

Coastal Heirloom Studio respects your privacy and does not sell, rent, or distribute client personal information to third parties.Information submitted through this website is used solely for communication, booking, and service-related purposes.
